-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

This is to announce the release of Phil's Pretty Good Privacy (PGP)
version 2.6, for use at MIT/Athena. PGP is encryption software
that utilizes Public Key Technology (RSA, in particular) to allow
secure communications through e-mail and other media.

PGP 2.6 is fully licensed for non-commercial use in the US, and may be
subject to export control by the U.S. government (which means that you
probably shouldn't send the program to anyone overseas!).

To get PGP 2.6 on Athena, you just need to "add pgp" at your athena%
prompt.
