This is a follow-up to my announcement of FrameMaker 6.0.0 on Athena. The
WebWorks Publisher add-on (converts Frame documents to xml/html) is
hard-wired to use Microsoft Internet Explorer to display online help
and this causes many problems in our environment.

Thanks to help from yak and nathanw, we now have a script that
substitutes Netscape for Internet Explorer and which seems to work
with so far limited testing. As Quadralay (the WebWorks Publisher
developer) went to great efforts to ensure that only Internet Explorer
should be used for this purpose, it's possible that some functionality
may break. If there are problems please let me know.

On a related note- I have found that ignoring the registration request
on first use seems to be harmless, and it doesn't ask for this again
on subsequent use. But I don't know what the effect of refusing cookies
is- there are several attempts to set them.
