Micq is a free clone of the Mirabilis ICQ program. It's text based,
and uses ansi color codes to be gaudy, if your terminal allows it.
There isn't any terribly useful documentation, but it prompts you for
stuff when you run it the first time, and /help from inside it is
fairly useful. It dumps info in ~/.micqrc, and it'll deal with making
you an ID, when you run it without a config file.
It builds without problems for all platforms, but I haven't done more
than fairly cursory testing.
