SAS 8 installed on Athena

I have updated the SAS statistics package to release 8 for Athena
Suns. To run it, do:
add sas
sas -ver 8.00
at the Athena prompt. You can find out about new features by selecting
Help -> Books and Training -> SAS Online Doc -> What's New from within
the online help system.
This release puts data and configuration files below a directory sasuser.800
in your home directory (actually a symlink to the real directory
.sasuser.800.sun4). It will not be made the Athena default until at least
Summer 2000, and we plan to keep the older 7.00 and 6.12 releases around until
at least then.
Configuration problems, if any, can be reported directly to me.
