I have updated the BioSym 4.0.0 Materials Science release on Athena to 4.0.0P+.
This is an overlay installation, and the launch command is the same as
before:
add biosym_root; source /mit/biosym_root/cshrc400
insightII
You can get information about new features by selecting help -> WWW
access, which will open Netscape on a 400P+ documentation entry page,
and by opening /mit/biosym_root/400/doc/polymer/relNotes400PF.html as
a file in Netscape.
(For those who may not know- BioSym is a sophisticated molecular
modeling and simulation tool that only runs on SGIs).
