I've updated the Eclipse SDK on Athena to 3.6m4. To run it:
add -f eclipse-sdk
eclipse &
From my message to users:
Eclipse on Athena has been updated to release 3.6m4 and this version
has been made the default.
Please read file /mit/eclipse-sdk_v3.6m4/README.athena in the
eclipse-sdk_v3.6m4 locker for important information about workspace
configuration and extra plugins.
IMPORTANT: read the file above before running File -> Switch Workplace.
Besides the default plugins, the following additional ones are installed:
CDT (C/C++ projects) 6.1.0
Pydev 1.5.4
Subclipse 1.6.5
JavaHL support for Subclipse is available.
The Java version used depends on the "current" link in the
java locker- at this writing, 1.6.0_17.
