I've updated CLC Sequence Viewer on Athena to 6.3. This is a a bioinformatics
analysis tool including: alignment creation and editing, interactive
restrictive site analysis, phylogenetics, integrated GenBank searches and
DNA to protein translation. From my message to users:
CLC Sequence Viewer on Athena has been updated to 6.3 and this
version has been made the default. To run it:
add clcbio
clcseqview6 &
There is online help and tutorial material within the application, and
a pdf manual is at
http://web.mit.edu/clcbio_v6.3/CLC_Sequence_Viewer_User_Manual.pdf.
