The default version of LaTeX in the newtex locker has changed from
2.09 to 2e to match Athena 8.3. Users who need LaTeX 2.09 can
continue to access it as "latex209", and users who are in the habit of
invoking LaTeX 2e with "latex2e" can continue to do so; the only
change is in the default. If this change reveals any bugs in the
locker, please report them to bug-newtex@mit.edu. Have a nice day.
