Applixware update on Athena to version 4.4.1

I have updated the Applixware office suite on Athena to version 4.4.1
on all platforms, and this version is now the default. We are also
beginning a new annual MIT-wide site license, under terms of which we
receive software that does not contain a license server but which does
have a key that times out annually (current expiration date 7/1/00).
Distribution plans for non-Athena machines are still in process.
We expect to keep the older 4.3.7 release around for a few weeks,
after which it will be deleted.
There are two different Linux versions, one for glibc6 machines
(ATHENA_SYS value i386_linux3) and the other for glibc5 machines
(ATHENA_SYS value i386_linux2).
This license does not give us rights to continue using Applixware if
we should cancel it at some future date. Please also be aware that in
the past, Applixware has worked best when used for short and
relatively simple documents, and not well for long and complex ones
such as theses, for which we do not recommend it (see file
/mit/applix/Athena/messages/warning for more details).
