I've updated the CHEMKIN chemical kinetics simulator on Athena to 4.1.1. From
my message to users:
CHEMKIN 4.1.1 has been installed on Athena. To run it now:
add chemkin
chemkin -ver 4.1.1
It will not be made the default until after the end of the current term.
Release notes are available at

Manuals are accessible at https://web.mit.edu/chemkin_v4.1.1/distrib/docs/
As for 4.1, it will put local user configuration files below ~/chemkin
in your home directory- initially about 4 meg; these are mostly
examples and you can delete them if you want to save space. There are
no platform-specific subdirectories, just a common working area for
both Sun and Linux; CHEMKIN's data files are platform-independent so
you should be able to work interchangeably on either platform.
