I've updated Molekel on Athena to 5.1 (Linux only). Molekel is a molecular
graphics visualization package that can read molecular description files
in a variety of standard formats and display them in a varirty of ways;
it can also export molecular descriptions to a variety of formats.
To run it now:
add molekel
molekel -ver 5.1
Documentation is available internally, and also at
http://bioinformatics.org/molekel/wiki/ReferenceGuide/HomePage
I plan to make this version the Linux default after the end of the current
semester.
