I have installed the just-released 1.1.5 Java Development Kit on Athena for
Suns and SGIs (O2s only- not Indys).
To run the 1.1.5 release, add the java locker and follow the
application name with a version switch, i.e. "javac -ver 1.1.5
myapplet.java", or, if you prefer, add the java_v1.1.5 locker instead
of the java locker, which will allow you to run 1.1.5 applications
without the "-ver 1.1.5" command-line switch ("javac myapplet.java"
will then run javac 1.1.5).

in the java locker.
Note on SGI- the SGI version requires IRIX 6.3, which is currently only
running on a small number of IS staff test machines (the new O2s).
