I have installed a set of SGI image file format conversion utilities,
mostly to, and in one case from, SGI Inventor (.iv) format from/to various
other commonly used image formats. To access them, first do "add xlators_3d"
at the Athena prompt. Usage is:
<application> <infile> <outfile>
where <application> is one of the conversion binaries- look at man pages
in /mit/xlators_3d/man/man1 to see their names and for other info.
