I've installed xlockmore with some patches to make it more
athena-friendly in the outland locker.
I will move it into the SIPB locker when it has been deemed
relatively stable.. but in the meanwhile, please test and abuse it.
(It's installed as xlockmore to not conflict with xlock on the suns and
sgis, which is an older version of a similar program.)
