SGI has decided to make free licenses available for their MPEG and Cinepak
encoder and conversion software, and have supplied a universal license key
that allows it to run on any machine. It should now be available on
SGI Indys running Athena 8.1.7 or later.
Applications which use this include dmconvert, moviemaster and movieplayer.
For more info see man pages for these, and the dmedia_tools topic in SGI's
grelnotes application.
Thanks to Mark Silis for pointing this out.
