I've updated Eagle on Athena to 4.16 (Linux only). Eagle is a circuit
board layout and design tool. New functionality is described in the
online pdf manual and tutorial at the top level of the eaglecad_v4.16
locker (files manual-eng.pdf and tutorial-eng.pdf). To run it:
add eaglecad
