I've installed XCrySDen on Athena for Sun and Linux. XCrySDen is a
crystalline and molecular structure visualization program, which aims
at display of isosurfaces and contours, which can be superimposed on
crystalline structures and interactively rotated and manipulated.
To run it:
setup xcrysden
xcrysden
