infoagents: lynx-2.6fm to be default

Starting tonight at around 11:30, anyone who starts lynx from dash or
with "add infoagents" will get version 2.6fm. The old version is still
available:
add infoagents
lynx-2.5fm
Here are highlights from the author's release notes, excluding those
mentioned for 2.5fm. There are other changes, but I do not expect any
user confusion associated with this release.
Lynx 2.6 represents the efforts of the entire Lynx community at
maintaining a valuable tool while the Web develops. Lynx 2.6 has
significant advantages over older versions, some of my favourite
changes are:
* Cleaner handling for tables and frames
* Graceful handling of all elements from the HTML 3.2 DTD and
support for various elements from the expired HTML 3.0 draft
* Support for client side imagemaps
* Circular buffers for jump shortcuts, Goto's and searches permit
users to cycle through 10 previously entered strings with the up
and down arrow keys
* Alterations in Lynx code to make the program smaller and faster
