Netscape Navigator 3.0 US-Only is now available in the outland locker.
To run:
   add outland
   netscape-3.0 # For Netscape

This current version of Netscape is the _US-Only_ version which contains
129-bit RC4 encryption. Please note that it may be a violation of
22 CFR 120-130, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and
22 USC 2778 to export this software. (Yes, Netscape is a munition.)

Netscape 3.0 has many new features, too many to describe here. See
http://home.netscape.com/eng/mozilla/3.0/relnotes/unix-3.0.html for all
the gory details.

Netscape is installed for Linux, NetBSD, Irix, AIX, Solaris, HPUX, and
SunOS. Plugin directories are supported on some platforms (NPX_PLUGIN_DIR,
and a default of /mit/outland/arch/@sys/lib/plugins/).

   Enjoy!

(Note: This is the release version of Navigator 3.0, and will remain in
outland until it moved to the infoagents locker. Netscape Gold 3.0 is
not yet available, beta 6 remains in outland as netscape-beta.)
