please help with quota

I'm an old SIPB member from the 1980s and am grateful
that I have my current account.
I remember seeing a notice that the standard disk quota is 20 MB.
My current quota is still at 15MB.
I just returned from Thanksgiving vacation and have about 2MB of new
mail and am not sure how best to proceed.
I'd be very happy if I could have my quota increased.
