I think Kathleen at the MCC (3-7433) should be able to get them for
you.

Yeah, the only redeeming quality of that disk purchase was that it was
quite cheap.  I'm not comfortable with them at all, and I hope to
replace them next FY, one way or another.

Beyond 30 days, we are expected to go to the manufacturer (Seagate, in
this case) for a warranty replacement.  It is preferrable to go
through NECX for exchanges before 30 days, since the expected quality
of a new disk is presumed to be higher than the expected quality of a
"repair replacement" which is what you'll get from the manufacturer.
