The home directory for dalamb in the SIPB cell has now been created.
Please remove his Athena home directory
(/afs/athena.mit.edu/user/d/a/dalamb) and set things up so /mit/dalamb
points to /afs/sipb.mit.edu/user/dalamb. At that point the account
should be completely set up and fully enabled.
