Athena support for the DECstation

This is a reminder that Athena is planning on declaring the DECstation
to be unsupproted after 12/31/1997. there are no plans to actively
break anything, but if things do start to break we aren't too likely
to fix them. It also means that (more) athena supported lockers may
drop dec support, or fail to fix bugs in DEC clients. Perhaps most
importantly Athena plans to stop buying maintenance contracts for any
DECstations (being a 3100 charon is already without service and has
been for a while.) I suspect that this isn't too big a deal for SIPB,
since if necessary, yaz and even lnitp could be used as spare parts.
If anyone has concerns about this, now is the time to say so, while we
can still make other arrangements easily.
