I happen to think that the SIPB AFS maintainers could use some new
blood. (especially to deal with all of the problem disks we have.)
My criteria for suggesting that a specific person is qualified to
become an AFS maintainer is watching them give an AFS cluedump (since
that that is the easiestway for me to see that they have clue.)
Unfortunately, I don't have time to coordinate one of these, although
if someone interested in becoming an AFS maintainer wants to, I will
try to make it.* Yes, there are other AFS maintainers, and I don't
know how they feel about having more maintainers, or what they
consider qualified.
