Oops, I forgot to mention that mycroft seems to be having better disk
carma than me, and was able to get the disk to spin up. I believe
yonah is now moving data off of it. the restore I was running did the
following before this occured:
Restoring volume project.netbsd.src11 Id 536877012 on server RONALD-ANN2.MIT.EDU partition /vicepa .. done
Restoring volume project.gimp Id 536877622 on server RONALD-ANN2.MIT.EDU partition /vicepa .. done
Restoring volume sipb.src Id 536877958 on server RONALD-ANN2.MIT.EDU partition /vicepa .. done
Restoring volume service.login Id 536877892 on server RONALD-ANN2.MIT.EDU partition /vicepa .. done
Restoring volume project.mgetty Id 536878048 on server RONALD-ANN2.MIT.EDU partition /vicepa .. done
These were all from:
858669426 0 0 03/18/97 02:17 1 474 sipb-all.full1
I have killed the restore process I had running, rather than insert
the next tape it wanted, since the drive is working for now.
