Starting a backup on a clean tape failed; trying again without the
Exabyte in use failed; trying again after reseating the SCSI cables
failed. Maybe there's a problem with the drive? Some messages from
/var/adm/messages on bill which may have to do with the problem:

I think the first was from when it failed during a dump, and the
second from when it failed to start a dump completely (butc hung
after I told backup to dump).
So can someone contact Falcon about this? And might we be able to
borrow a DLT drive from ASO to do a backup? It's now been two and a
half weeks since we had a successful dump...
