Reynelda is now a db server. It was rebooted to run the new
kernel with the getsockopt patch.
I installed the buserver in /usr/afs/bin and also copied it
into /afs/sipb/newdump/sun4m_413.
I also sent mail to afs-contacts asking our new CellServDB to
be sent into Transarc, but forgot to cc that here.
