Monee Kidd is in the database and able to register. once the home
directory in the sipb cell has been set up and you have worked out who the
new sipb sponsor(s) will be, please have him or her send us mail to
confirm and to let us know the directory information, and we will make the
necessary modifications in moira. we'll also take that as the
confirmation that the request was valid :)
