I believe the CERT advisory is incorrect and the patch listed above is
applicable only to earlier versions of SunOS. Patch ID 101579-01
applies to the same vulnerability in SunOS 4.1.3_U1. This has already
been applied, so I believe we don't have to do anything about this.

I have not confirmed this with either CERT or Sun.
