After talking to jweiss and kcr I did the following: 

(mhbraun.root@medic) ~/% vos zap ra c system.inbsd.usrX11R6o.readonly -c sipb -verb 

This should solve the problem...and since I am not warlord I could do the vos
zap  :-)
