Due to the nature of some of the tools I'll put here ("restricted" [*]
distribution of source and binaries), I've changed the ACL to:
jhawk:sipbnet-acl rlidwka
system:anyuser rl
Additions to jhawk:sipbnet-acl by request. Some binaries may require
system:authuser in the sipb cell to read, see the README.
