Firstly.. I removed project.insecurity.. mostly for the fact that nobody
else was dealing with it to my knowledge, and it was taking up space...
Second, I created a 15 meg volume project.sipbnet at jhawk's request

Anyway, it's aimed at storing network software that athena doesn't have.
