list.aux.new12919 lost when fileserver hung

One of the sipb afs fileservers (rosebud2) hung tonight and needed to
be rebooted. In the afs salvage, two seemingly unimportant files were
lost, plus /afs/sipb/project/periodic-postings/data/list.aux.new12919
which I was less sure about. This file could be recovered from last
week's backup if it's important and the file existed before January 9.
