I'd like to upgrade the server software

I would like to upgrade the server software in the SIPB cell from its
existing AFS 3.2 to AFS 3.3a, at some point.

Is there a time which would be most convenient?
Who would like to be involved?

Downtime: seconds... (with some hair, to cut it down so low).

New features:
	- Cross-cell support has been substantially improved
	- Supports IP addresses on acls
	- Fixes all known fileserver bugs (except possibly one Ubik fault)
	- Fixes memory leaks
	- Supports 8-bit filenames (MAE will require this)
	- Additional/improved logging
	- Solaris server support
	- vfsck now does directory reference checking
	- salvager will try to re-connect data instead of destroying it

Those are the features I can think of off the top of my head.

My test scripts fail with all existing cells but not against the test
cell with the new software.

If there is agreement, or at least no objections to this, I can go into
more gory detail of how to do the upgrade (and I'll be around for it, in
case anything goes awry, or do it myself, if that is what people would
prefer). Management of the cell remains the same.
