I don't think we need this, does anyone object to it's going away when
we re-install?

Based on the time stamp I would say this is a turd from this
afternoon's crash. tlyu concurs. Any objections to it's going away
when we re-install?
If there are no objections, I suggest newfs-ing all of the disks, when
we do the re-install.
