At this point several things needs to happen.

1) We need to get the Athena CellServDB updated to use rb2 instead of
r-a. I propose we do this sometime next week, if there are no problems
between now and then.

2) r-a needs to be re-installed at 7.7. This should probably not
happen before Sunday. I'd like to give rb2 at least a week, before we
do anything to r-a, to make sure they aren't any problems. I propose
this happen no earlier than a week from Saturday. I'd like to see
mhbraun be around during the re-install, because he's the only SIPB
person that I know of who has installed a DECstation AFS server in
recent memory.

3) WE need to come up with a date to give probe to tell info-afs when
we are moving. Since we already have a server on one of the two new
addresses, this can be any time now. I suggest Monday Dec 12. This
will give people some lead time, and still leave servers on the old IP
addresses for a while after teh changeover.

It is possible to delay this for three weeks, until Finals are over,
this might be a good idea.
