Just a reminder:

The next meeting of the MIT OS/2 USERS GROUP will be Thursday, April 20,
at 5pm in MIT room 2-105. This meeting will include fast-paced coverage
of a number of exciting topics. We will be demonstrating (hopefully)
Partition Magic, new software from PowerQuest that lets you edit your
partition table (changing size, changing location, convert FAT to HPFS)
leaving the data intact. Andrew and I will be doing a demo of the OS/2
peer-to-peer software, and a live install of the whole Warp Connect
product. Also, we will be discussing our plans for the OS/2 World
conference in July.

The Thursday, May 18 meeting will feature a demo of C-envi, Nombus
Software's REXX-enhancing script language.

There may be a June 15 meeting after all, since part of the "Database &
Client/Server World" expo in Boston falls on that date. We will try to
pull in some IBM bigshot appearing at that expo to speak to us, probably
about databases or something client/server related :-).

OS/2 World will be taking place July 18-20 at Hynes Convention Center.
We plan on exhibiting at this conference (details to be discussed at the
April meeting). This may preempt our Thursday, July 20 meeting, or we
could try to get someone from the show to some talk to us. Suggestions?

David Barnes will be speaking at OS/2 World on July 19, 10am on "OS/2
Tips & Techniques, Product Updates & a Comparison with Windows '95".
Be there.

--> Kent Lundberg, Director
    M.I.T. OS/2 Users Group
