CSet++ and Warp

Does anyone know what the significance of the Warp-enabled version of
CSet++ is?  Will I still be able to develop code with my current version
of CSet++?  I called Indelible Blue, and the Warp-enabled CSet++ is like
$450 and doesn't have an upgrade version.  Is there an upgrade version in
the works?
