It sounds like the master boot record (in the boot sector of the hard disk) has
somehow become inconsistent with the bootable partition (F:).  The following
should fix this:

. Boot from the emergency floppy
. do:

	fdisk /newmbr

So that it can update the mbr.  You also may have to remove the boot manager
and re-install it.  To do that, use fdisk and simply delete the boot manager
partition, select the 1meg free space that you now have, and select Install
Boot Manager.

Please note that I had some problems with the Warp boot manager.  You should
continue to use the one from 2.1...
