OS/2 Install Day ---> OS/2 Demo Day

Okay...here's an update:

We've tried to reserve the Bush room for October 28 to hold our
OS/2 Install Day...however, I've received replies from a whopping
1 and 1/2 people to help out. If you CAN help out (this is a
Friday), please tell me ASAP.

I was wondering if it may be better to do a demo instead of a
install day...any suggestions? I was thinking some of us demoing
our machines (and even connecting to RESNET) - we would still have
copies of OS/2 for sale but if people wanted us to install it on
their computer, they could sign up for a day when we could go over
to their places and install it for them (this would probably be
better than them lugging their computers to us). Any criticisms,
suggestions??

Also, I talked to someone over at the MIT Computer Connection, and they
said that they would be happy to sell copies of OS/2 at our
demo. HOWEVER, they would like a rough estimate of how many copies
to order. So I was wondering...how many of you are going to buy
OS/2 3.0 when it comes out (I was thinking it might be better
if all of us buy it from the MCC instead of direct ordering
from IBM since MCC will see that it actually sells). If you want
to buy it from the MCC, I would appreciate it if you would tell
me so (along with what type of media you prefer - CD-ROM, 3.5" or
5.25" disks).

Thanks!
