Hello,
I have heard one rumour that somebody named Kimberley Peacock
is working on an OS/2 WWW browser. I can't confirm this.
I also mailed David Singer, who mailed me back this message:

Craig,

I am working on getting an OS/2 WWW browser done, but I am not currently
working on any code. I'll have to leave you with that enigmatic statement,
I'm afraid, since I can't make any promises. (However, *I* sure want a
browser for myself!)

I do know of a port of the X-Windows browser to OS/2 using the PMX and Motif
kits of OS/2 TCP/IP; I think that's the one you read about. It is not ready
for prime time.

Don't be discouraged by this report -- progress is being made. Just not as
quickly as you or I would like.

This is not an official IBM statement.
