How do I get my hand on the loaddskf.exe program?

unfortunately you haven't given much information. How has it "refused" to
be copied or downloaded? You didn't say what you tried.
From athena workstations you should just be able to mcopy it over to a
crispy after adding consult. If it doesn't work on one machine, try
another. Sometimes I've had to go through several machines before it
would work. The crispy drives on athena appear to be temperamental.
Make sure you use a formatted disk with no defects. Try a few machines.
How did it refuse to be downloaded? Can you download other things okay?
