NANOG 40: Slight delay in announcements of talks

Due mostly to my own schedule conflicts, the NANOG Program Committee
won't be meeting to make decisions on the NANOG 40 agenda until this
Thursday, April 29. This means that we won't be able make announcements
about the agenda until the end of this week.
On the other hand, it does give you another chance to get your talk
proposals in before we meet; proposals (including slides) received by
Tuesday morning at 8:00am EDT will be considered.
Also, a reminder that registration and hotel reservations are now open.
The group rate at the Westin Bellevue is available until May 11, and
at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue until May 14.
