I've often dreamed of a nested series of IVR menus which ask people
networking/technology questions instead of simply leaving them on-
hold, so that people who demonstrate clue can be shuffled towards the
front of the queue, and those who are lacking can fester on-hold
indefinitely.

Someone should release an extensions.conf fragment with some
corresponding WAV files. The world would thank them.
