But isn't a solution for many (most?) of them, EVEN if it would be
universally implemented everywhere[tm].

This is a known problem, and it was decided to aim for a 80%[1] solution
(80% of the problem space, not 80% of folks in need). There is still not
half of an idea for a solution for the full problem in sight.
