OK, whatever.
Do one or both of these if you like -
1. Block roky@shell.theworld.com in your access.db
2. Clean up whatever (stale ARIN record? outdated announcement in
AS10689?) that's causing these to come your way.
and if there's some actual abuse coming out those IP blocks, see if
you can't get it cleaned up. Treat scattershot reports like these as
a symptom of a problem rather than the problem itself.
