No, no no no no!  Not Verisign at all, please do not bash this idea with
the evil doers!  All the details would have to be worked out for the
best interest of everyone.  Don't confuse a registrar proposal with
Verisign, even though they may do something in the same, IMHO Verisign
needs to be assimilated.
