The IRR communities COMM_NSFNET, COMM_ANS_CORE, COMM_ANS_RE,
COMM_US_FED, never did anything. You probably don't want to mess with
comm-list with ANSAGGREGATE, ANSCOMPONENTS, ANSPROXYAGGR,
ANSPROXYCOMP, ANSIGPONLY, ANSREFINENEXTHOP, or ANSOSPFAGGREGATE.
