Anyone else connecting the Qwest Houston PoP (Tera or Giga PoP), or more
specifically iah-edge-04 router, seeing a increased number of BGP flapping
in the last few hours?

Our BGP session has stayed active since a mysterious drop 1d09h ago, but
we've seen every prefix that doesn't have an AS_PATH of ^209$ withdrawn
and released twice within the past hour.

*grumbles at the thought of finding someone who knows what BGP is at the
Qwest customer service lines.*
