Try the PUC here in Nevada sometime. Thanks to a blunder on the part of
Sprint and the PUC OC-3 MRC is in the range of 3-8k :)

We now return you to your regularly scheduled fits of
laughter at the expense of the CPUC. Never before has such a
small organization perpetually amused so many.
I'd really like the CPUC to explain to both me and the
bankruptcy court who's going to pay for that. Regardless, the
company has ceased to exist, and the contracts are void. It's
over, and some people need to accept it and get on with their
lives.
